Features
1. This brick machine features high pressure. The nominal pressure reaches 1600 KN.
2. The transmission parts are completely sealed, reducing wear and extending the life of the block machine.
3. Equipped with pressure display device, it can automatically stop working while overloading or being short of oil. It also alarms when there are some mechanical failures.

Classification
1. Semi-Automatic Brick Machine
This brick making machine is mainly featured with hydraulic control, automatic feeding and automatically sending pallets. This block machine also uses forced feeding device to feed materials quickly and symmetrically.
2. Automatic Brick Machine
It is of super-strong steel structure and is made of imported original parts, which ensures more stability and reliability for the main machine body. The whole process is fitted with PLC control system and human-machine interface dialogue system. Thus our block machines are easy to analyze various signals and ensure the best operation effect.

Service of Concrete Brick Machine
1. Pre-sale Service
We provide consultation for users, confirm the scale of operation and develop a detailed construction plan to meet their needs with minimal investment and the optimal configurations. Our company does not provide samples of block machines.
2. In-sale Service for Brick Machine
According to customers' specific site conditions, we will provide a good product layout program. Our company also cooperates with users to do plant layout, circuit layout, the arrangement of the entire production process, and guides them to prepare basic equipment.
3. After-sales Service for Block Machine
Once our brick machines are sold, our company will send professional technicians to the clients' company to provide free guidance for installation, commissioning, mold replacement and related technical training, until they can produce qualified products.

Maintenance and Repair
1. We should regularly clean the block machine, clear away the waste and greasy dirt on the machine, and wash the outer surface of the brick machine.
2. Check and adjust the clearance between each parts to ensure normal production of our brick making machines.
3. If block machines are not used for a long time, we should do rust protection for each parts and check every three months. When we use it again, we should use gasoline to wipe the brick machine and lubricate it.
4. When wearing parts are worn too much to affect normal working of the machine, we should replace them timely.
5. Once our block machines have been put into production normally, we need to do a minor overhaul half a year, while do an overhaul inspection for the brick machine once a year.
