Working Process
Turnover hoister can lift the concrete body and the mould, and turns over the mold frame with 90°. Then the turnover tilting hoister manipulator can automatically do demolding. It makes the concrete body and side plate stand sideways to the first cutting trolley. Next, the concrete body will be cut by the AAC cutting machine.
Attentions and Maintenance
1. The use of aerated concrete block tilting hanger or tilting hoister should be carried out in strict accordance with the specified working load. Exceeding the rated capacity is prohibited.
2. We should hoist materials stably when operation, so as to avoid deformation and colliding with other device.
3. During the using process, if the spin lock does not rotate flexibly, we should check and adjust the adjusting nut, and then check transmission mechanism and buffer spring tension.
4. Pay attention to the maintenance of the steel wire of tilting hangers or tilting hoisters. Daub lubricating oil or grease regularly, especially for its bending position.
5. Check the main load-supporting components every three months, such as construction element, hoisting ring, spin lock, lug plate, rigging, etc.
6. The main joints of aerated concrete block tilting hanger or tilting hoister can be lubricated with oil timely according to its usage.
7. Regularly check the indication logo on the indicator board. Once we find that its paint falls off, remember to repair it timely.
